• Tickets must be purchased in advance from website and will be
    required for entry to the event (either paper or electronic i.e. on your
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets are numbered and cannot be duplicated.
  • Tickets DO NOT include food but food is available to purchase.
  • In the likely event that tickets sell-out, we will be operating a waiting list – please send your name and email address to to be added to the waiting and we will only contact you should a ticket become available.
  • Tickets are NOT for re-sale – you must contact Ashlyns Festival if you are no longer able to attend and we will endeavour to assist with a ticket swap wherever possible.
  • Ticket swap is only available up to 12noon on Friday 12th July.
  • By agreeing to a ticket swap, you are also agreeing to share your name and email address to deal directly with the person on the waiting list. Ashlyns Festival will only facilitate the contact, and will not be involved in any monetary transaction, and tickets MUST remain at the same original price as previously purchased
  • Entry is strictly over 18s only
  • No admittance to the performance area once it has started – you will
    have to wait for an interval.
  • Disabled ramped access is available to the school


  • Free and ample car parking is available on-site at the front and rear of
    the school
  • Cars can be left overnight at owners’ risk and must be removed by midday the following day.
  • We respectfully ask all our guests to park with due care and
    consideration to other road users and residents, and must NOT
    park on Chesham Road.
  • Coram Close school entrance will be closed to cars and pedestrians.
  • Vehicles and their contents are parked at their owners’ risk. Ashlyns
    School and Ashlyns School Association do not accept any
    responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind from cars left on site
    including overnight.


  • There will be a licensed Bar serving a range of locally brewed Beers,
    Ales, Ciders, Wines, Prosecco, Spirits, non-alcoholic drinks and
  • The Bar will accept card (PREFERRED) and cash payments.
  • The bar will be serving all drinks in polycarbonate reusable glasses
    and you are asked to reuse these glasses at all times during your stay.
  • When you have finished with the glass, please ensure it is left at
    the appropriate signed collection point or returned to the bar.
  • You will be able to purchase bottles of Wine / Prosecco but you MUST
    ensure bottles are put into the appropriate recycling bin when finished.
  • Free water is available but please bring a reusable water bottle.


  • This will be in operation throughout the event. If you are lucky enough
    to look under 25, you may be asked to prove you are 18 or over when
    purchasing alcohol or entering the event. 
  • Please bring a photographic ID!! The only acceptable ID documents are Passport or Photo Driving Licence.

  • Ashlyns School Association are committed to reducing waste from our
    events, and operates a GREEN policy.
  • There will be a number of recycling and waste points around the
    site, and we strongly encourage all our guests, staff and volunteers
    to use these to help us deliver a sustainable event.
  • Please help us by clearing away your used food containers and bottles into the right waste bin, and glasses should be returned to the bar.


  • Strictly no photos or filming allowed of the Comedy Night – you will be
    asked to stop. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave.
  • Photography/filming/recording for professional and commercial use
    is NOT permitted without prior consent and authorisation from the
    Ashlyns School Association.
  • By buying a ticket and attending the event, you are consenting to
    be included in photographic, filmed and visual promotion of the event,
    by an authorised event photographer/Ashlyns School Association


  • Will only be only permitted upon the discretion of the Ashlyns School
    Association (please keep hold of your ticket).
  • We reserve the right to enforce a no re-admittance policy once you
    leave the event


  • STRICTLY NO alcohol or food will be permitted to be brought to the
  • In the case of emergencies, please contact a member of the Ashlyns
    School Association for further help and assistance.


  • The event finishes at 11pm, and we ask for your cooperation in
    leaving promptly.
  • Bar will stop serving at 10.30pm
  • We ask you to be considerate of local residents and neighbours when
    leaving the school.


  • There will be a zero-tolerance policy in force.
  • We reserve the right to eject anyone from the event whom we
    consider to be causing a danger or nuisance to others. This is a school community fundraising event and any anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • The Ashlyns School Association reserves the right to restrict and
    refuse entry.
  • Entry will also be refused to those who appear drunk or under the
    influence of drugs.
  • Those found to be in possession of illegal substances will be asked to
    leave and may be reported to the Police.
