IMPORTANT UPDATE – PLEASE SEE STATEMENT BELOW REGARDING SATURDAY’S FESTIVAL

The Ashlyns School Association Festival Team has had to take the difficult decision to cancel our Saturday Festival for 2023.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Met Office weather warning of forecasted high winds means two of our major suppliers are unable to set up their installations.

The safety of all our guests, staff, volunteers, and event supporters is paramount. Ticket holders for Saturday will be contacted in due course.

As you can imagine, the Festival Team, who have been working tirelessly to bring you all a fantastic event, are hugely disappointed.

PLEASE NOTE

The Comedy Night is still going ahead as this has been moved indoors into the main school – ticket holders should expect an email with details.

We would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all our sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and staff for supporting this fundraiser – please bear with us as we work our way through the to-do list!
